Crystal Terrazas was sitting in her room talking to a friend on FaceTime when the rains and winds of Hurricane Fiona suddenly caused the power to go out Sunday. The University of Illinois Springfield alumna, originally from Berwyn Illinois, moved to San Juan last year to attend law school at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. She was experiencing her first hurricane and she was scared."It was scary, I grew up with tornados in Illinois so I knew the protocol for that but I wasn't prepared to experience all that wind and see everything that was going on outside," Terrazas said.
