The public hearing on the renewal of Forest Park Tap Room bar's liquor license has been rescheduled to July 22 at 10 a.m. after, according to Mayor Rory Hoskins, one of the defendants tested positive for COVID-19.  The hearing was previously rescheduled from June 23 to July 8 after one of the witnesses had a scheduling conflict. It's the sixth hearing date that has been scheduled since Forest Park Police Chief Kenneth Gross in April filed a complaint asking Hoskins, who also serves as the village's liquor commissioner, not to renew Tap Room's liquor license.
